We were kinda lost on what to pick, so many options out there, but Polar really helped us out with solid advice and a fair price as well.

"Weak Build Quality..."
I was let down by how flimsy the chains looked when they arrived. I couldn’t send them back since I was heading out of the country the next day, and I was bracing for snow when I got back to Bulgaria. I had to use the chains for about 300 meters during my trip. Unfortunately, one of the links broke, the auto tension device didn’t work, and the blue plastic sleeve split between the links on the chain. My first thoughts about the snow chains were spot on; they really are poorly constructed.

I haven't actually put it to the test yet, but it appears to be well constructed and the practice run was easy enough. The price is reasonable. Just a small issue: I'm not completely sure what the distinction is between chains for small/medium sedans and those for small SUVs...

"Great service - user-friendly website"
I was on the hunt for snow chains and came across a bunch of sites, but I felt Polar's website was the top choice. It's packed with useful info and the chains are reasonably priced. The Konig chains I purchased were just as described, high quality, and a breeze to install. There was a minor hiccup with the 24-hour delivery (not really Polar's fault), and they generously refunded the delivery fee. I wish all my online shopping experiences were this smooth.

Fantastic assistance and recommendations - I needed a set of snow chains for my family vehicle and chatted with a super helpful guy on the phone before placing my order online. Then, because I’m just like any other guy who procrastinates, I zipped over to the store to grab them. The crew there checked the fit of the chains I bought - spot on, 10 out of 10!
